Amber Heard waives her right prior to Johnny Depp's trial
Johnny Depp's lawyer has made a startling revelation amid Amber Heard's pleas for a retrial and the entire internet has been shocked.
This revelation was made in court filings shared with the court in response to Amber Heard's calls for a retrial.
According to Johnny Depp's attorney, Ben Chew, and according to Yahoo, "As a threshold matter, Ms. Heard has waived her right to challenge the accuracy of the information presented by the jury panel by not raising that objection at the same time."
This reportedly came after Ms Heard was presented with a list of jurors before the panel "five days before the jury was installed" and "Ms. Heard sufficient time to verify the accuracy of the information contained therein.â€
