Blade A72 and blade A52, launched in Malaysia
 ZTE announced two Blade series smartphones, the Blade A72 and the Blade A52, in Malaysia. Both phones come with Unisoc chipsets, 13MP main cameras and large batteries. The Blade A72 offers a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, while the Blade A52 gets a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD with a 60Hz refresh rate. Both phones house 5MP selfie cameras in a waterdrop notch. They also share 13-megapixel main cameras on the back, along with two 2-megapixel add-on modules.
Both phones also share the same Unisoc SC9863A chipset, although the Blade A72 gets 3GB of RAM while the A52 only has 2GB of RAM. The integrated memory of both devices is 64 GB and can be expanded via the microSD slot. The software side is covered by Android 11 OS with ZTE's MiFovor 11 on top. The Blade A72 packs a 6,000 mAh battery, while the A52 comes with a 5,000 mAh cell. The ZTE Blade A72 is available in Space Gray and Sky Blue colours and retails at MYR 499 ($114). The Blade A52 is available in Silk Gold and Space Gray and retails for MYR 399 ($91).
