Doctor arrested for allegedly killing four patients
Police stated on Wednesday that a 39-year-old doctor has been taken into custody in Berlin on suspicion of four counts of manslaughter.
The Berlin police and public prosecutor's office are alleging that the man, who works for a nursing service, killed four female patients in their homes in June.
The physician, a palliative care specialist, was taken into prison earlier on Tuesday, according to police, and was then hauled before a magistrate.
