EFCC remarriage ex-CBN governor Emefiele
Godwin Emefiele, the former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), was re-arrested before Justice Hamza Muazu of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court on Friday.
Remember that the EFCC filed a revised 20-count complaint against Emefiele on Thursday? There are now twenty counts against the originally six-count allegation.
The new complaint includes allegations of procurement fraud, forgery, criminal breach of trust, and conspiracy to commit felony.
However, the court stipulated that Emefiele had to remain in the nation and follow the conditions of his release, which limit his travels to the Federal Capital Territory.
