EFCC set to auction 891 'forfeited' cars

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared that 891 automobiles will be put up for electronic auction. 

The anti-graft agency stated in a notification posted on its social media accounts that the cars had been seized in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime (Recovery & Management) Act of 2022, the Public Procurement Act of 2007, and the EFCC (Establishment) Act of 2004. 

The auctioneers for the "forfeited" autos were listed by the agency. The anticipated dates of the electronic auction are January 20–27. 

The websites www.rihogo.com, https://biznjeg.ng, and www.areogunresourcesniglid.com.ng have been referred to interested parties.
