Emir Sanusi's son Ashraf ties the knot in Abuja
Ashraf Adam, the son of Muhammadu Sanusi II, the reinstated Emir of Kano, married Sultana, the daughter of Bauchi senator Suleiman Nazif, on Friday in a lavish ceremony.
The National Mosque in Abuja hosted the wedding ceremony, which was followed by an opulent reception.
The pair provided a look into the happy event by posting moments from their big day on a dedicated Instagram feed, #Sash24.
One caption read, “Together in faith and love from this day forward, Insha’Allah.”
Pre-wedding pictures were posted on social media to herald the nuptials earlier in July, eliciting congratulations from well-wishers.
