Ex-minister of justice and former ICJ judge, Bola Ajibola, dies at 83
At the age of 89, Bola Ajibola, a former attorney general and minister of justice, passed away.
From 1985 to 1991, Ajibola served as the justice minister under the military regime of Ibrahim Babangida.
He served as a judge at the International Court of Justice in The Hague, Netherlands, from 1991 to 1994.
From 1999 until 2002, Ajibola served as Nigeria's high commissioner to the United Kingdom.
He also served as the Nigerian Bar Association's president for a year (NBA).
In Abeokuta, Ogun state, he founded Crescent University.
Seven years have passed since Olufunmilayo, Ajibola's wife, passed away in London.
