I am scared to go home, VeryDarkMan cries out

Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), is a well-known social commentator. He has raised concerns about his safety following the online exposure of his home address. VDM said in a recent video that he found his new place of abode in a social media cease-and-desist letter. 

The wife of Mr. Freedom Okpetoritse Atsepoyi, also referred to as Mr. Jollof, Mrs. Esinjemiyotan Uruneyonjueyi Atsepoyi, is the source of the problem with her legal letter. 

A threat of legal action against VDM is contained in the widely circulated letter in response to accusations he made against Mrs. Atsepoyi.

VDM explained that the letter was directed to him or his legal counsel rather than to him directly. But he expressed alarm over his address being made public, saying that it had now put him in risk.

In the emotional video, VDM said, “I can no longer go home, my current address has been compromised. I have to start looking for another house. I am living in a hotel, and I am scared to even go home to pick up my clothes.”

The EFCC officers were allegedly told in an audio recording that Nigerian cross-dresser Bobrisky paid them N15 million to get money laundering charges against him dismissed. This event comes after another issue concerning VDM.
