Ibadan explosion leaves nine persons missing— Bodija residents
The Bodija Estate Residents Association has issued an alert stating that since last week, at least nine (9) local residents have vanished from the region.
This statement was released by the association on Wednesday.
According to DAILY POST, on Tuesday of last week, an explosive device detonated, leaving at least five persons dead and numerous others injured.
Since the event, nine local residents have been sought, according to association president Muyiwa Bamgbose.
He claimed that their conclusions from compiling information on the inhabitants and the quantity of impacted homes served as the basis for this.
He said, “It is now towards eight or nine people that have been missing.
“We have brought the map of the street, and we are trying to account for house by house, that is how we can actually get an accurate figure.
“If a person was seen yesterday and you cannot find him today, then you know you need to get worried.â€
