JAMB announces 2025 registration, exam date, and fee
Dates for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) have been released by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, the Registrar of JAMB, said that the sale of forms will start on January 31, 2025, and end on March 5, 2025.
He stated that starting March 10, 2025, direct entrance candidates will be able to purchase application materials and e-PINs. The last day of the exercise is April 7, 2025.
The main exam (UTME) will take place from April 25, 2025, to May 5, 2025, however the mock-UTME is set for April 5, 2025.
It is anticipated that candidates who register for UTME with a mock exam will pay ?8,200, whereas those who choose to pay for UTME alone will pay ?7,200.
He asserts that the program's goal is to enable minor applicants to assess their skills before to the test, not to get admission.
According to Oloyede, applicants must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2025, in order to be eligible for admission to any postsecondary institution in the nation.
