Lagos closes Farmcity, other establishments over noise pollution
Due to noise pollution and other environmental infractions, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency has closed numerous businesses in the Lekki district of the state.
This information was made public on Saturday in a post on the LASEPA's X page.
“Today, Saturday, October 14, 2023, the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency took decisive action, closing and sealing establishments such as Farmcity, 10pots, and Headquarters in Lekki Phase 1.
“This was in response to mounting concerns about noise pollution and other environmental violations.
“We are committed to addressing noise pollution and other environmental infractions for the betterment of Lagos residents’ well-being,†the post read.
