Lenovo Y70 to launch on August 13
The Lenovo Y70, a new smartphone, is about to be released by Lenovo. The product will be added to the current Lenovo Y-series, which already includes the Lenovo Y90 from earlier this year. A flagship phone with a focus on gaming features was the Y90. The next Lenovo Y70, on the other hand, will be a conventional flagship smartphone. The phone, which will be available on August 13, will have a 50 MP primary camera.
It appears that the Lenovo Y70 is the alleged Lenovo Legion Halo. The phone has been certified by TENAA since just last month. Some of the phone's specifications are available to us thanks to the TENAA listing. It sports a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen, with a Full HD+ resolution of roughly 2,400 x 1,080 pixels. A 13 MP ultrawide camera and optical image stabilization for the primary camera will also be included in the Lenovo Y70. The camera will be able to capture 8K resolution videos.
The phone is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. We can only presume that the phone, which purportedly went through the Geekbench benchmark database, is the Lenovo Legion Halo, the company's response with the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The phone's specs could include up to 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
Naturally, we anticipate the release of other varieties, such as 8 GB and 12 GB RAM versions. Versions with 256 GB of storage might also exist. The model with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB will probably cost more.
With a 4,880 mAh battery, the Lenovo Y70 has a sizable battery that will supply its power. The gadget will be 205 grams in weight. The Chinese market will receive the phone first. Unfortunately, there is no information available regarding this handset's global release. More so, Lenovo will be very busy with the launch of the Motorola Edge X30 Pro and Moto RAZR 2022.
