London-Lagos solo driver Pelumi Nubi becomes Lagos Brand Ambassador
Following her Sunday afternoon road arrival in Lagos from London, travel content creator Pelumi Nubi was welcomed by Lagos State governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on Monday at the Government House.
As a result, Pelumi Nubi was named Lagos Brand Ambassador by the governor, who also gave her a new car, residence, and personalised licence plate.
Taking to her X handle (formerly Twitter) to announce the development after meeting with Governor Sanwo-Olu, Pelumi wrote: “Just another great start and a new beginningCongratulations to me guys as I become a Lagos state ambassador ?????Alongside a new car gift from His excellence @jidesanwoolu A new home in Lagos and also a customized plate numberGod is Good?????”
After travelling alone for 68 days from London, United Kingdom, Pelumi Nubi was finally welcomed to Lagos on Sunday, where she was met with a hero's welcome.
