NDLEA arrest illicit drug party organisers following raid in Osun
The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency said that it raided a lounge in Osogbo, Osun State's capital, with the intention of disrupting a nightclub that was set up to abuse illegal drugs.
Several organisers who were discovered to be in possession of drug exhibits were arrested as a result of the operation, according to the Agency.
Additionally, in concerted operations throughout Lagos, Ogun, Edo, Ekiti, Anambra, Ondo, and Kogi, the NDLEA recovered over two tonnes of illicit substances.
This was disclosed in a statement posted on the organization's Facebook page on Sunday and signed by Femi Babafemi, Director of Media and Advocacy.
