Nicola Peltz storms off in the middle of her wedding reception

In the middle of her own wedding ceremony, Nicola Peltz reportedly left while sobbing "her eyes out" over a gushing tribute to her mother-in-law Victoria Beckham.

Since Nicola's marriage to Brooklyn Beckham, the millionaire heiress and the wife of the great footballer David Beckham apparently had a tense relationship.

According to insiders close to the family, the argument began during the extravagant wedding when musician and wedding guest Marc Anthony gave a eulogistic speech in praise of Posh Spice.

It was purely a tribute to Victoria and how wonderful she is, in my opinion. Particularly on the day of her wedding, Nicola enjoys being the focus of attention. The source told Daily Mail, "This really, truly (expletive) her off.

“She stormed off in the middle of her wedding reception with [sister] Brittany and her mom, and was crying her eyes out,” the insider added.

Another report, however, claimed that while Nicola was undoubtedly unhappy during the wedding, the underlying cause was not Marc's speech but rather Victoria stealing their first dance song.

According to reports, the fashion designer seized the romantic moment for her own mother-son dance instead of allowing Nicola and Brooklyn to dance to their favourite song as planned.

The insider revealed that Brooklyn and Nicola were aware of Marc Anthony's friendship with the Beckhams and that he would undoubtedly be complimentary of them in his remarks.

“If Nicola had been concerned about that, her father would not have paid to have Marc Anthony and his band perform,” the source added.

In a celebrity-studded ceremony, Nicola and Brooklyn got married earlier this year in Palm Beach, Florida, at the estate of her father Nelson Peltz.
