Nigerian actress Sharon Okpamen dies after childbirth
The Nollywood family has apparently lost actress and businesswoman Sharon Okpamen, bringing grief to them once more.
On Saturday, August 24, 2024, Stanley Ontop, a movie producer and coworker, revealed the actress's passing via a post on his Instagram account.
In the Edo entertainment business, Okpamen—who also works as a producer—is well-known for her humanitarian endeavours and acting abilities.
"Nollywood Actor and Producer Sharon Okpamen has unfortunately passed on. ?????
"It’s a sad day for Nollywood & the Edo entertainment industry. Sharon, who was a filmmaker, actress, entrepreneur& humanitarian, has left a significant void in the industry.
"May her soul rest in perfect peace, Amen @sharonokpamen
"It can only get better ??," Stanley's post read.
Although the actress's cause of death and date of death were not disclosed by Stanley Ontop, examination of the late actress's official Instagram profile revealed that she went to bed approximately three weeks ago.
