Saudi Arabia club to sign Cristiano Ronaldo
Al-Hilal, a Saudi Arabian team, is interested in signing Cristiano Ronaldo.
Following his interview with Piers Morgan this week, Ronaldo's contract with Manchester United was cancelled, and he is now a free agent.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner criticized the team, its owners, and manager Erik ten Hag in the interview.
The 37-year-old scored against Ghana on Wednesday in a World Cup group match while playing for Portugal.
In the summer, Saudi Arabia made a bid for Ronaldo that United accepted, but the transaction ultimately fell through.
Ronaldo asserts in the TalkTV interview that he rejected the move, which was estimated to be worth £305 million.
According to Sky Sports, Al-Hilal will consider offers for Odion Ighalo, whose contract expires in the summer, if they are successful in signing Ronaldo.
