Segun Oni scores 218 votes, wins polling unit
Segun Oni, the governorship candidate of the Social Democratic Party has been declared the winner of the election at his polling unit 006, Ward 2 in Ifaki-Ekiti. The result of the election was announced by the presiding officer at the polling unit in presence of security agents, journalists, and voters who were waiting to hear the result of the election. Oni polled 218 votes to win his runner-up, Biodun Oyebanji, who polled 15 votes, and Bisi Kolawole, who is the candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party polled 2 votes.
