Tinubu enjoins NWC to stay vigilant and strong ahead of the 2023 presidential election

All Progressives Congress 2023 presidential candidate Bola Tinubu has tasked the party's National Labor Committee with staying strong, united and vigilant ahead of the election. APC National Public Relations Secretary Felix Morka said in a statement on Friday that Tinubu gave the task when the party's national leader, Senator Abdullahi Adamu, arranged for members of the NWC to visit. Morka said the team was at Tinubu's residence in Abuja to congratulate him on his rise as the party's 2023 presidential candidate. Tinubu was quoted in the statement as saying that staying strong, united and vigilant is crucial to thwarting attempts by opposition moles and spies to infiltrate and undermine party cohesion. He congratulated the NWC, APC members and Nigerians on the remarkably successful staging of the party's national convention, at which he appeared as a candidate for President.
