US rapper Enchanting dies at 26
Enchanting, an American rapper and former artist of 1017 Records, passed away at the age of 26.
The rapper, whose true name is Channing Nicole Larry, was reportedly put into cardiac arrest last night as a result of an overdose and was subsequently moved to the intensive care unit.
A representative for Enchanting confirmed her death on Tuesday, stating, “She came to my house the last four days to get clean. She tried her best and I did everything I could to help her, she tried,” in an exclusive statement to The Shade Room.
Texas native Enchanting rose to fame in the music business in 2020 after joining Gucci Mane's New 1017 label. Before leaving the label in 2023, she made appearances on three compilation albums.
Her last studio album, “Luv Scarred/No Luv,” was released last year.
Enchanting was best known for her hit songs “Track & Field” and “What I Want.”
Fans and the music industry are in mourning over the sudden death of a gifted musician who was rising to prominence.
