US set to deport 3,690 'illegal immigrants'
The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has designated over two million "illegal immigrants" for deportation.
The deportations take place as President Donald Trump continues to crack down on the nation's illegal immigration problem.
As of November 24, 2024, there were 1,445,549 non-citizens in ICE's non-detained docket with final orders of removal, according to a document obtained by Fox News from ICE's Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).
Nigeria has the second-highest number of citizens in Africa with 3,690, only surpassed by Somalia with 4,090.
Ghana, with 3,228 illegal immigrants, came in third. Countries were asked by the US government to welcome the return of their citizens.
