World's Father's Day: Vice president Yemi Osinbajo congratulates Nigerian men
The Vice President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo, has extended his congratulations to all Nigerian men on the occasion of World Father's Day 2022.
Osinbajo wished all fathers, father figures and fathers-to-be a Happy Father's Day in a post on his social media handles on Sunday. He said fathers hold a critical position in the family as their actions and inactions affect society.
“Fathers are the first examples of what is becoming achievable in society. They have and play a crucial role, leaving traces through their actions and omissions, from which building blocks for society are formed," Osinbajo said.
"To the amazing dads, father figures, dads-to-be and those who double as mentors to many out there, Happy Father's Day to you all. God bless you".
