Yoruba actor Sisi Quadri is dead
According to reports, Tolani Quadri Oyebamiji, better known by his stage as Sisi Quadri, was a Yoruba actor in Nollywood.
On December 25, 2023, Oyebamiji celebrated his 44th birthday.
A few of his colleagues in the Yoruba film industry reported his passing.
Announcing his death, Nollywood actress, Abiola Bayo wrote on her verified Instagram handle, “You will be greatly missed, Sisi Quadri. May your soul rest in perfect peace.”
Regina Chukwu also commiserated with the late Oyebamiji’s family while sharing the story of how he was fighting for his life some days back, adding, “Most people don’t know but yes, I trained under him as a make-up artist on set for years.
His performance in the December 4, 2004 film "Seniyan Seranko" made him well-known.
In addition, the late actor was supposed to enthral viewers in "Anikulapo: The Return of Spectre,"
